Most problems are related to file limits, temporary processing capacity or an expired browser session.

Upload does not start

Use a JPEG, PNG or WebP within the limits shown in the uploader. If the file is unusually large, export a smaller source and try again.

Which mode should I use?

Resample is a clean non-AI resize. Premium 4× is a higher-quality fixed 4× enhancement. Safe, GFPGAN, CodeFormer and Restore add different levels of AI face restoration.

The result is still processing

Keep the tab open or return to it after a refresh. The editor reconnects to the same job instead of intentionally creating a duplicate request.

I reached a limit

Anonymous processing uses rolling limits to prevent abuse and control processing cost. If a limit is reached, try again later rather than repeatedly submitting the same file.

Delete is still finishing

Your files are already inaccessible to the browser. Storage cleanup can take a little longer to confirm.
